In order to further provide you with timely and more specific after-sales service, we will now make the following description of the terms of service from the moment you place your order to the future:

一. Notices for ordering:

1. When ordering, please specify the name, model, accessories, specifications, quantity and packing requirements of the product, as well as the detailed data of the consignee, address and telephone number.

2. If users have special requirements, please sign an agreement with our company, and then further order and arrange production.

3. The product pictures and technical parameters on the website are only for users'reference when ordering. When ordering, you can provide detailed and specific technical parameters according to your actual situation.

二. Product delivery instructions:

1. Delivery on Saturdays, Sundays and statutory holidays is delayed in turn. If you need to deliver on holidays, please state in the order notes.

2. Where a freight vehicle fails to pass through the area and the delivery point, or the area is unable to park the freight vehicle, please choose the address of the delivery place in the city separately.

3. If there are inventory products, the goods will be delivered at the agreed time between the two parties; if there are no inventory products, the delivery time will be determined according to the production cycle of the specific products.

三. Terms of Service after Sale

1. Machine tools are guaranteed for one year. Machine tool warranty includes the following accessories: system mainframe, handwheel, motor, spindle, screw, guide rail, water pump, oil pump, oil pump, machine tool working lamp and all electrical fittings in the electric box.

2. During the warranty period, in the case of normal use of machine tools, the failure will be guaranteed free of charge by the company; if the buyer operates and uses the machine tools abnormally, the corresponding damage will be caused by the customer. The customer is also responsible for the cost of parts replacement and maintenance personnel during the repair process. At this time, the replacement parts are still owned by the company.

3. After one year's use (the customer has been insured), the company is responsible for repairing the faults, but the cost of spare parts and maintenance personnel is the responsibility of the customer.

4. Whether during or outside the warranty period, the failure or damage of machine tools caused by irresistible factors (such as natural disasters, social abnormal events, etc.) and changes in the working environment of machine tools shall be maintained by our company, but the cost of replacement of spare parts and maintenance personnel during the repair process shall be borne by customers.

5. After the customer machine tool repairs, the company should promptly give solutions. Seller in line with the principle of "customer first" try to achieve timely door-to-door maintenance services, without intentional delay. If there is no timely door-to-door maintenance services, it is necessary to consult with customers and reach an agreement.

6. Before the ownership of the machine tool changes, the customer should inform the company in time and complete the corresponding procedures for the change of the machine tool. Otherwise, the company has the right to refuse the repair of machine tool failure afterwards.

四. This clause is valid only for machines ordered through our company or our authorized agent.
